After having worked six years with an International Organisation, five of which as legal advisor to personnel dealing with employment disputes and providing legal and strategic counsel to staff, today I am an independent consultant for individuals looking for professional strategic advice in an international environment, as well as career coaching. Before you get to the point of conflict, my goal is make sure you avoid it in the first place. My belief is that the majority of workplace conflicts in an international setting are due to cultural differences and miscommunication. Working with me, we can address the root of the problem before a situation becomes too difficult to handle.

Outside of conflict management, I am available to help with a myriad of questions surrounding how to address delicate questions in a workplace, such as asking for a raise, salary negotiations, asking for a promotion or transfer, negotiating long-term teleworking, any area of your employ in which you would benefit from strategic advice. 

Finally, I am here to provide advice and preparation for the recruitment of your dreams in an international organisation. 

I have been happily living in France for the last 9 years as an expatriate and French-American citizen. In addition to my professional background in International Organisations, with a Master 2 in International administration (Paris 2 Pantheon-Sorbonne), Master 1 in Public International Law (Paris 1 Pantheon-Assas), Master of Arts in International Law and Public Policy (AUP Paris), and a Bachelors in Political Science and Religious Studies (University of Virginia), I am well-equipped to accompany you on your journey. In addition to my love for helping others, I am an avid runner, swimmer, gardener, farm -owner, and bee-keeper.
